Located in Kent, BC, the Ridge Townhomes Development is a 5-phase 85-unit masterplan that boasts panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and Harrison lake. The phasing allows for construction and permitting to occur simultaneously; despite the longer timeline, this optimizes efficiency and reduces labour cost. The permitting process is expected to be completed by early 2024.
