Fraser Crescent

Along a major thoroughfare in Mission, this master planned project cascades down a steep slope. With 99 townhouse units and two 6-Storey buildings, the project is adding much-anticipated density to the town.

The design has a modern aesthetic: simple and rectangular, with West-Coast overhangs. The masterplan responds directly to site conditions and places the buildings among the stratified landscape; townhomes are placed nearer the residential neighbourhood to the top of the slope, and higher density apartment buildings toward the higher-traffic road. Finally, the buildings frame amenity spaces at ground level and on the rooftop, overlooking the valley.
