Clarke Townhomes

Situated in Port Moody, which has a strong Craftsman Style heritage, the Clarke Townhomes were designed to reflect this character, but in a contemporary way. Due to the size of the site, a single typical lot, and removing traffic from the commercial dominant Clarke Road, the parking for the units was pushed underground and accessed from the lane. This leaves a significant amount of amenity space for each of the eight units on site, and removes traffic from view.

This project seamlessly integrates into the neighbouring buildings, and adds much-needed density to the area.
